When we decided to move we chose a different realtor to sell our home and help us buy the next. We sold our house quickly and did not have any prospects for our new home. With the realtor before Matt, we got stuck on a house in for closer and did not look for anything else. Waiting and dead in The water. Our realtor was complacent with us not producing new home for us or giving a good answers to the for closer in the area we wanted to stay in (the North East of st pete )plus it was his second job. This past year I've worked with Ada Provenzano, and the Keller Williams group twice. The first was for the sale of a home. I was concerned about having people wandering my home during the Coronavirus pandemic. Prior to an open house the Keller Williams team dropped off masks and hand sanitizer. My Agent, Ada, offered tours in intervals avoiding a crowd in my home as I was still living there. I was relieved that they handled the process with caution and concern for everyone's safety.
